Triumph Group – Windsor, CT – Quality/Supplier Engineer October 2017 – March 2022
Performed product acceptance and tracked supplier performance on Triumphs current Customers through receiving, in-process and final inspection of product and daily MRB activities determining in-house and supplier RCCA’s.
Visited and been in direct contact with several of Triumph’s current OEM’s conducting QMS surveillance audits evaluating and recommending solutions and process improvements to help achieve contractual requirements.
Worked with internal supply chain management in identifying Customer requirements flow down to support supplier’s performance activities.
Performed Source Inspection, and First Article Inspections validating AS9102 requirements were being met.
Kollmorgen Corp/Danaher/L-3 – Quality Engineer 1998 - 2016
Performed contract review of quality system requirements as a member of the design review team ensuring performance requirements were identified on purchase orders and flowed down to all pertinent levels through the manufacturing stages.
Performed internal and external audits to ensure compliance to contractual and QMS requirements.
Reinforced at every stage of the manufacturing process the need to maintain consistency through the inspection, assembly, test and final acceptance of all product for end item conformance to ensure optimum yield. (Daily auditing of work packages)

Managed the everyday operation of the Optical/Mechanical Test Group coordinating the use of resources to achieve daily and contractual requirements along with personally performing test operations as a test technician.

Conducted product acceptance testing as an Optical/Mechanical Quality Assurance Test Technician. Responsible for the testing and acceptance of customer product throughout its assembly and final acceptance to performance requirements.
