Production planning and control

Planning and setting the Plant according to different Products and daily production plans

Manpower handling, Raw Material planning as per daily production plans

To maintain and track the overall equipment efficiency (OEE)

Implementing Kaizen Projects in Manufacturing to improve efficiency and rejection control

Cycle Time Reduction through Process Audit

Practicing NCR, CAPA & GAP analysis to reduce rejection rate and improve RRFT

Enhancing operators knowledge by Skill matrix and skill development program

Review and update work standards, SOP, Machine check sheets and work instructions

Co- ordinate with Engineering team for Periodic and Scheduled Maintenance activities

Co-ordinate with quality control department to ensure product quality

Conduct daily and weekly meeting to discuss about production, quality and safety issues

Schedule weekly/monthly workloads for the Machine Shop

Monitor daily production plans to ensure monthly goals are on target.

Release and manage jobs to the shop floor, and coordinate priorities with the shop floor supervisor.

Keep supervisor informed of job progress and material requirements

Co-ordinate and maintain documents as per ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EHS) & ISO 13485
