I have over 15 years of experience in customer service. Providing the best in guest service and satisfaction by using the Forbes and AAA standards I was taught. Throughout my career it consisted of working in 5 Star and 5 Diamond hotels. From The Four Seasons Hotel to the Wynn Resort Hotel. At the Wynn I have assisted in earning the 5 Star, 5 Diamond award 6 times and at the Four Seasons, 5 times. I have also worked as a manager in the Public Area Department for Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas where I continue to use my experience to raise the standards to a 5 Star, 5 Diamond property.

Met with owners and did walk through of buildings. I wrote cleanliness issues as well as took pictures and noted any comments the client mentioned so we could fix those issues.
I had 17 companies/buildings I was in charge of. Inspected 2 to 3 buildings a day. Depending on the size of the building, if im walking with the client.
I typed all of my inspections at the end of the day. I added pictures with captions so that the Graveyard Supervisors could make sure the areas were completed.
I supported all Supervisors and Managers as well as our Porters to ensure clients were satisfied with the service.
