Responsible for establishing the Australasian Ecosystem for the F&P Home Solution energy services company to provide D2C and D2B customers with green energy products to power back their home appliances.

Accomplishments:

Introduced new product lines across New Zealand and Australia, resulting in a monthly turnover of NZD 500k of products purchased and installed.

Introduced new item bundles (kits) in JDE to offer consumers flexibility in their Solar purchases.

Introduced a new business model in the company that allows customers to make progress payments (partial payments) when purchasing appliances/green energy products with a total cost of over NZD 5k, resulting in a sales increase of 30%.

Worked alongside the Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable and Logistic teams to deliver and implement the new business model in JDE and SalesForce, from the Order Management System (OMS) to the Sales Order Entry, Pick Slip Print, Ship Confirmation, Invoice Print, and Sales Update.

Assessed the integration of the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) add-on in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) with the solar design software platform (SolarPlus).

Implemented a new price and promotion's structure based on Sales Order quantity, using JDE Adjustment Scheduled and Advanced Pricing.

Coordinated a team of up to 50 members, including the Subcontractor (Taspac), to design and implement the F&P Home Solution Pilot directed to internal staff members for the purchase/installation of Solar Products. The purpose of the pilot was to test the new processes and structures before launching the D2C offer.
