•Attend testing and commissioning activities such as load tests, hydrostatic tests, leak tests, CHW flushing, and Equipment start-up and record the results for inspection and approvals.

•FIRE FIGHTING - Inspection carried out for fire pumps all valves, test line, supply and discharge line, bleaching line, electric pump, jockey pump, diesel pump, anti-vortex plate, Float valve, drain line, overflow line, exhaust line, silencer, alarm check valve assembly, pressure relief valve & flow meter, etc.

•Inspected Zone control valve assembly for firefighting system (supervisory valve, PRV, NRV, Flow switch, test drain with sight glass) Flow switch and supervisory connected with module, controller & fire panel.

•Plumbing and drainage Inspection carried out for plumbing and drainage service like PWS, NPWS, CCWS, CCWR, HWS, HWR, CDP, and Rainwater pipes with different types of pipes like HDPE, PPR, PVC, UPVC, SS, etc.

•Inspected different types of valves installed in water supply like (BFV, IV, BV, GV, MV, PRV, TMV, WM, MTCV, RV, STRAINER), etc.

•Inspected Sanitary fixtures and Bathrooms Supplements (EWC, WC, URINAL, WB, JS, cleaner closet, mirror, hand dry, soap dispenser, paper holder, grabbers, Clothes hangers, tissue dispenser) and corresponding accessories like (FCO, FD, FFD, PG, AAV).
