Construction of luxurious 2 towers one is ACCOR HOTEL Movenpick five stars and one is Mercure, Adagio four-star hotels for Al Manazil Development at Jumeirah village triangle, Dubai. This involved construction of substructures, superstructure, interior finishes, façade as well as landscaping work. The contract value is 650 m AED. Client : Al Manazil Development.

Consultant : BD & S Middle East, Dubai (Bin Dalmouk) Authority : Trakhees. Green building, DCD, DCL, Nakheel. Key Deliverables

Develop working templates for establishing and tracking project Civil & Structural requirements, technical specifications, cost estimations and appointment of contractors.

Work with the Project Manager to establish key performance indicators for critical Civil & Structural parameters on the project.

Develop systems for reporting to monitor and track Civil & Structural technical issues.

Review the supervision consultant’s procedures for quality checks and site inspections for Civil & Structural and monitor processes to address all Civil & Structural site related issues.

Serve as the Civil & Structural expert in the PM team for all matters related to design, quality assurance and documentation of structural works.

Acquire a detailed understanding of contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, Civil & Structural systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedules to advise the project manager as necessary.

Assist in the development and review of Civil & Structural systems for the project. Manage the supervision consultant to approve the contractor’s as-built drawings and submittals and log Civil & Structural changes and as-built information.

Define scope, budget and justification of Civil & Structural change work orders.
