• Conceived and directed the mixed use redevelopment of an historic canvas factory that later became the contractor birthplace of the manned moon missions during the 1960s.
• Recruited, hired and directed a team of 230+ that included building trade contractors, architects, engineers, IT specialists, systems specialists, grant writers, agriculturalists, maintenance, and administrators.
• Personally negotiated and secured the lease for a critical 42,000 square foot anchor tenant, and oversaw all aspects of an intensely compressed design, build-out and move-in. September 2005 – August 2008

• Conceived and redeveloped 27 historic properties located throughout the Southeastern USA.
• At my initiative, rezoned Palisades office complex into a mixed use, transit oriented environment. Client sold rezoned property for $22 million in profit directly attributable to rezoning process.
• Recruited and managed 15 independent real estate agents responsible for over $48 million in annual sales at our peak.

• Responsible for recruiting engineering/design professionals and building trade subcontractors and melding them into a synergistic team operating under a unit cost, versus competitive bid, system. Was able to effectively manage over $20 million in annual tenant improvements.
