Admin 1- Worked inside the guard shack. Receiving paperwork, from drivers and sometimes any contractors that comes to the facility. Daily duties are to check emails/respond in a timely manner. Working with C3 system to maintain a clean and safe yard. Creating appointment id’s for the trailers/containers we receive daily. Help schedule any ups or fedex drivers with appointments when they have a loaded trailer. Interacted with multiple leads and supervisors.
