I am a passionate educator with extensive experience working with diverse student populations and learning styles. My breadth of research interests allows for instruction in topics ancillary to anthropology.

My research focus includes human adaptive physiology, epidemiology, coevolution of humans and pathogens, ancient DNA, paleo epidemiology, Mesolithic to Neolithic transitions, symbology, epigenetics, polar expeditionary history, Native peoples, and cultural and genetic diversity.

I am proficient both in Bright Space and in Blackboard online learning environments. I welcome asynchronous, online synchronous, traditional hybrid, high flex, in-person instruction and also collaborative team teaching opportunities.
