Job Description

Assist head of the department in order to achieve and maintain highest standard in cleanliness, hygiene and comfort. Achieve total customer satisfaction by providing services which are best in class and maximize organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.

Plan, control, direct and supervise daily work activities of housekeeping, pest controller, facade cleaner, horticulture and floweriest.

Inspect VIP rooms and monitor super room cleaning.

Plan and implement preventive maintenance and cleaning schedule for rooms and public areas.

Develop and implement housekeeping system and procedures.

Monitor productivity standards and schedule staff in order to optimize manpower.

Prepare MIS

Ensure that all operational standards, procedures, activities and situations are followed as key control and lost and found.

Address any grievance and counselling issues among departmental staff.

Organize on job training and evaluate it's effectiveness.

Organize inventories with account and general store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.

Maintain par stock of room supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.

Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication procedures.
