1998-2022

I started my career as a claims support clerk for 10 years in the property and casualty department. I was then promoted to a Claims technical assistant where I have resided for the last 14 years. A few of my daily responsibilities were to assist the claims adjuster in every aspect of their job, set up new claims, order police reports, entered recovery checks into the system, sorted mail for all claims departments, sorted and logged emails and bills/ letters into adjuster’s files for access. I also formatted claims files into Word and excel documents.

Intellisell- Licensed Insurance Agent

1996-1998

I worked for the company for 2 years until they shut down. At the time they needed a licensed insurance agent on staff for multiple states to read disclaimers after the insurance product was sold.

MCI telecommunications- Marketing Supervisor

1989-1995

I was a marketing salesman for MCI for 3 years. I was then promoted to marketing supervisor for 2 years and was responsible for 8 of their employees.
