WORK EXPERIENCE:
I) Workshop Manager in Autoqual Body&Paint Company (From august 22 till now) whose main tasks are as follows:
1- Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations.
2- Co-ordinate resources (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
3- Ensure supplies are ordered for each job.
4- Provide oversight and check job estimates.
5- Manage inward goods, checking quantities, dispatching goods and receipting invoices. 6- Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Director.
7- Work with the Director - Operations to respond to client’s requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate. 8- Identify client’s needs and explain/demonstrate our services to them, which may involve technical descriptions of products and the way they may be used. 9- Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. 10- Develop and implement systems to record file and store information pertaining to client enquiries.

Compile and analyze Field Technical Reports (FTRs) and make timely interpret FTRs reporting to our principals, manufacturers and suppliers(from French to English and vice versa) 3. Provide technical assistance to resolve difficult technical problems and develop temporary field fixes.
4. Gives guidance to service center in solving technical problem using technical service bulletin received from Toyota motor corporation (TMC).
5. Investigate technical problems and manage technical and warranty service and sets top technical problems based on technical reports and warranty claims data. 6. Establish and Submit market product reports to TMC reflecting customer’s requirements and comparison with competitors.
