Started out as Housekeeping Lead in 2016. Supervised two other individuals. Worked my way up to Area Supervisor by 2018. Got contract with another VA hospital in 2019. Managed a crew of 6 for two and a half years. Company closed down due to water damage but I still continues to manage VA in Ridgeland Ms. I make sure my crew is on time and doing what's supposed to be done. I make orders, keep up with inventory, do time sheets, hire and fire employees when needed, random buildings checks and look for other contracts to pursue.
