Responsible for monitoring and tracking over 350 Aircraft encompassing over 1000 installed/uninstalled engine assets for Third Marine Aircraft Wing.

Verify squadrons are reporting the most current aircraft status and update the AMSRR website to reflect status shown on OOMA NALCOMIS.

Screen squadron XRAY reports, engine transaction reports, aircraft quarterly hours in life, and end of the quarter reports to ensure accuracy and proper documentation and validate they are correctly processed through OOMA NALCOMIS.

Monitor DECKETR program and direct Engine Transaction Reports and/or corrections as required through OOMA NALCOMIS, and input in DECKETR.

Correct aircraft Maintenance and Material Management (3M data)/Input Record Type 79 (RT-79) records into AIRRS, using data extracted from OOMA NALCOMIS.

Provide training to squadrons on proper documentation and procedures for submitting XRAYs through the use of OOMA NALCOMIS and entering engine transaction reports into DECKETR.

Coordinate with the appropriate MALS on submitting corrections to squadron XRAYs and engine transaction reports.

Extract aircraft data from DECKPLATE and create command presentations in spreadsheet and graph form.

Provide training to squadrons and MALS on the use and methods of extracting data from DECKPLATE/DECKETR.

Engine Logs and Records for Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 13

Responsible for monitoring and tracking over 75 Aircraft encompassing over 100 installed/uninstalled engine assets for Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 13.

Screen squadron XRAY reports, engine transaction reports, aircraft accounting audit reports, and end of the quarter reports to ensure accuracy and proper documentation and validate they are correctly processed through OOMA NALCOMIS.

Monitor DECKETR program and direct Engine Transaction Reports and/or corrections as required through OOMA NALCOMIS, and input in DECKETR.

Screen incoming engines for outstanding (Technical Directives) TD’s and notify PC.

Initiate TD Work Orders/MAF’s in OOMA for outstanding TD’s.

Make appropriate Log Book/Log Set entries upon TD compliance.

Screen Engines and make appropriate Log Book entries as new TD’s are published.

Ensure OOMA reflects all applicable TD’s for appropriate T/M/S.

Maintained a proper and current TD Binder.

Screen and ensure all TD’s as well as all appropriate Log Book entries are made prior to issue.

Provide training to squadrons on proper documentation and procedures for submitting engine transaction reports through the use of OOMA NALCOMIS and entering engine transaction reports into DECKETR.
