Verify squadrons are reporting the most current aircraft status and update the AMSRR website to reflect status shown on OOMA NALCOMIS.
Screen squadron XRAY reports, engine transaction reports, aircraft quarterly hours in life, and end of the quarter reports to ensure accuracy and proper documentation and validate they are correctly processed through OOMA NALCOMIS.
Monitor DECKETR program and direct Engine Transaction Reports and/or corrections as required through OOMA NALCOMIS, and input in DECKETR.
Correct aircraft Maintenance and Material Management (3M data)/Input Record Type 79 (RT-79) records into AIRRS, using data extracted from OOMA NALCOMIS.
Provide training to squadrons on proper documentation and procedures for submitting XRAYs through the use of OOMA NALCOMIS and entering engine transaction reports into DECKETR.
