I have been in the construction field in one form or another most of my life. I started fueling heavy equipment in the evenings after school. In the mid 80’s I entered the construction business doing dirt work and excavating. In the earlier 90’s I worked as a commercial real estate agent in leasing/sales. With my construction background and commercial real experience, I entered the real estate development field. I have developed and entitled more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial industrial office warehouse, 1,000 single family residential building lots, with annual revenues from $15,000,000.00 to $30,000,000.00. I have an extensive depth of knowledge in entitlements, land development and vertical construction of commercial construction. My experience includes the development of office, bulk warehouse, manufacturing, self-storage and retail building projects along with residential lot development. I have been involved in all aspects of the development business, managing, scheduling, coordination, dealing and managing all the trades involved in the development process i.e. architects, engineers, governmental agencies, general contractors, sub contractor’s, lender’s, contract negotiations, site evaluation, acquisition, A& D loan preparation, building design, permitting, construction, and after completion customer service.
