• I was promoted to the receiving department in which my duties where to handle incoming shipments and properly add them to the inventory of the warehouse. This was done physically and by electronically inputting the information into Fergusons' personal intranet.
• I was promoted to receiving lead in which I supervised a small team and I was responsible for the incoming shipments. I had to receive goods electronically into the system and verify the goods sustained no damage in transit, as well as supervise the storage of the goods in the warehouse.
• I was then promoted to the shipping yard in which I handle much larger orders as well as shipping and receiving goods and materials.
• I was then promoted to the front counter in which I interacted with the customer directly via over the phone and face to face interactions. My duties were to take and fill orders for different customers and companies.
