• Work in multi-channel support environment of phone, emails, and/or online live chat.

• Field and resolve issues of low to moderate complexity, escalates more difficult issues

• Handle routine support activities such explain results (for a credit report, driving record, etc.) to clients or applicants, instruct users on entry into online applications, perform ad hoc data entry, build reports, perform basic account administration functions, make requests for additional items to support an investigation, distribute mail and faxes, and other functions as assigned

• Provide great customer service to ensure every contact feels they are important

• Ensure adherence to guidelines, regulations and processes where applicable while exercising judgement and reasoning abilities in order to solve problems.

• Identify and send new sales leads (such as current client referrals) to Business Development Manager.

Verifications Researcher

• Quickly and effectively research/verify facts provided by candidates to ensure the screening process is completed in a timely manner

• Process background reports according to current reporting guidelines and standards.

• Maintain in-depth working knowledge of all current guidelines

• Complete escalated/rejected requests requiring further investigation

• Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all reports

• Collaborate with other teams to keep clients informed of issues throughout the screening process

• Track and report issues with business partners

• Enter achieved information and input accurate notes. Maintain accurate and up to date records of action taken

Public Records

• Contact courts and other government agencies or vendors to complete verification of assigned record

• Consistently acquire new or updated knowledge of jurisdictional processes in order to become proficient in assigned work

• Conduct interviews with professional referees to verify Candidates’ employment history

• Subject Matter Expert for all states (level A and B States)

• Ensure all actions comply with all applicable Data Protection legislations

• May assist with mentoring, training, and coaching of new team members within the immediate team

• Other special duties as needed/assigned
