PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

INTEL D2P2: This a was a high profile Process Piping job for Therma Corporation with great emphasis on the high purity piping on all gases, both toxic and non toxic. The standards of purity demand were extremely exacting. The Chemical delivery system was a first of its kind in those days, developed through technology input provided by both Intel and the Vendor. The project was completed successfully and it also was extremely profitable for Therma as it paved the way for future projects with Intel.

GENENTECH Bldg. 7: This was one of the biggest Pilot Plant installations, both for Genentech and Therma as of then. The Process Piping Design for the Pilot Plant was created by Bechtel with lots of in-put by their Engineering Team, who have always been one-step further with all of their Engineering demands. Our involvement included the development of 3D drawings for all of the Process Piping with accuracy to one-millimeter which lead to exacting demands on coordination and review by the Technical Team of both Genentech and Bechtel.

The Genentech Building Tower consisting of Labs was designed by AEI with miles and miles of piping and a high quality Purified water, Plumbing & Clean Steam loop. Therma’s team spirit led us to a great degree of success and of course profitability.

APPLIED MATERIALS, Arques Campus: This job involved both Wet & Dry HVAC for their Fabrication area and Offices area including the Computer Rooms. The Fabrication Area Clean Rooms had different standards of Cleanliness Requirements - Class 10 to Class 1000. The Process piping was for High Purity Piping, Chemical Delivery Systems and Tool Hook Ups for different types of Tools. Success on this project led us to work on more projects for the same client subsequently.

CIENNA: This was a design Assist Job for HVAC Wet & Dry and Process Piping for their Office Complex in Cupertino.

NESTLE FACILTY, Stockton: This was a HVAC Wet & Dry Job for a very large Warehouse Facility as well as HVAC for their Office facility. The installation involved an Air Handling Unit at least one story high, which supplies for huge volumes of air and massive ductwork over 8 ft wide & 16 ft high.

SAHAR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MUMBAI, INDIA: This project was a design build job with over 2500 tons of HVAC on Wet & Dry, a high profile project for the company.

BAHRAIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, BAHRAIN: This was a design build job with over 100 tons of HVAC; challenge was extremely high scrutiny from the client in a foreign country.

SIEMENS VARIOUS OFFICE BUILDINGS: A HVAC Packaged Units replacement project.

ALZA, Mountain View: This was a Humidity Control Installation with high degree of Humidity Control on a Researchers workbench of 5 ft wide & 3 ft depth.

SYSTEMIX, Palo Alto: This project involved High Purity Piping, DI water loop, Chemical Delivery Systems for their complete Production Facility.

APPLIED MATERIALS Bldg. 9 & 11: This was HVAC design build Wet & Dry Job

INTEL: Volatile Organic Compounds Abatement project. Intel felt the need that the contaminant levels in various Fabrication areas were at unacceptable levels. Therefore, this Project was commissioned to draw out huge volumes of air from various Fabrication areas and discharging it through Scrubber Abatement Systems. In addition, the project involved installation of Chemical delivery Systems.

HEWLETT PACKARD Bldg. 24: This was High Purity Process Piping, DI Water Piping and Chemical Delivery Systems Job followed by Tool Hook.

HERITAGE OAKS HOSPITAL: This was a HVAC and Plumbing job, with exacting demands from the Hospital Agency OSHPD, work was done to strict compliance with OSHPD
