ACHIEVEMENTS

Started the finishing of a 5 storey Starter Home apartments containing 18n units of 2 bedrooms and later moved to complete and successfully hand over 4 units of a semidetached duplex Richmond Gate estate. Currently handling two blocks of TownHomes of 6 units. This project is currently at the handover stage.

Building of Bayelsa Governor Church in Toru-Orua in Bayelsa was a huge success because I was able to effectively reduce cost and achieve a high quality finished work without exceeding the budget. Also the construction and renovation of the Residential building properties located in Leventis Old GRA Port Harcourt.

Project management of Muliner Towers (NNPC) at Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi, Lagos was a Huge Success during the renovations, supervising to finish and inspected the finished work. I was able to contribute largely to the growth and development of the interns and my colleagues who had difficulties in understanding the process of work in the project office department. Duties assigned to me were swiftly and accurately carried out under the supervision of my Mrs Nosa Omere.

Haven Homes is a real estate company involved in several residential buildings development in Lekki and Magodo in Lagos and also in Abuja the federal capital. With this company I worked as a Project and Finishing Engineer which I completed under my supervision the construction of Alma 21, Maisonettes Block A&B, TownHomes A&B.

Construction of 1 flyover bridge in Agbelekale to Mosan in Abule Egba, Lagos State with Laralek Ultimate Limited. Amongst which the Road Rehablitation of Moshalashi to Ayobo Road and Satelite Town, Ijegun was not exempted.
