Worked on full cycle bi-weekly payroll processing for 1900+ employees across 46 states in ADP.. Updates, New Hires, Transfers, Terminations. Also did a complete Benefit Open Enrollment in October 2022,into a new company! End of 2021 Pro Karma was bought out and then moved to Concentrix as of 12/25/2022 from ADP into Workday Payroll System. End of the 2022, our company moved into new offices within the building!

* Was 1 of 2 Lead Payroll Tech Administrators to help test and ensure that as they were moving from one Payroll System to another that all the deductions and things listed on employees pay statements be listed correctly.

*This was a 10 to 12 week assignment that ended shorter than expected after 7 weeks. We were supposed to stay on to ensure after they went live with the transition that all was done correctly to clean up any errors or mistakes. We found little to none on the first payroll because of our good job! Accomplishments

Was able to get the transition from one Payroll system to another done in 7 weeks. This was suppose to be a 12 week assignment!

Skills Used

Was able to correspond info from the old system and test to make sure that all deductions including Taxes, Insurance and Vacations be listed correctly down to a +/- .03. We made sure that they rounded everything out to (.0000)
