» At present working at the Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University as a Computer Applications Assistant (Clerical) (2016/10/03 to present).

» Worked for Nonviolent Peaceforce, South Sudan from Feb 6, 2015 to Jan 31st 2016. – Making sure the safety of the civilians in the armed conflict in Ulang, Upper Nile state of South Sudan, training and capacity building of women peace keepers, work with armed actors in reducing the use of weapon, running child friendly spaces and handling traumatized children.

» Worked for Nonviolent Peaceforce, Valaichchenai (from December 2007 to October 2011) – Child protection – coordinating with the District Secretariat, Probation department, National Child protection District authority, finding the Children recruited by the armed actors, rehabilitation and reintegration. Establishing Early warning network system within the organizations within the District and violence reduction.

» Worked at UNHCR as Protection Field Clerk (November 2006 – September 2007) – Being the main organization on IDP protection, coordinating between all the organizations that worked with Internally displaced people, helping the camp management system through the District Secretariat and updating the Database of IDPs in each and every IDP camp in Batticaloa District. Ensuring the safe return of IDPs, coordination of food supplies, NFRIs, shelter with the District Secretariat and the INGOs and NGOs.

» Worked as a Management Information Officer for CADREP/ILO- RADA (September 2006- November 2006). – Recording the work of INGOs and NGOs, coordinating the work with the District Secretariat and the relevant organizations and updating the Database.

» Worked as a District Data Management Supervisor for IOM/ Presidents’ office (July 2006- August 2006). – Managing the Database at the District Secretariat Batticaloa and coordinating between the President’s office, IOM and the District Secretariat.

» Worked as a Data Entry Operator for IOM/ President’s office for Tsunami IDP registration (Mar 2006- June 2006). – Visiting Tsunami affected areas around Sri Lanka, interviewing victims with Grama Niladaris and entering into database.
