Nature of Work/Duty: -
Care and Maintenance of Sprinkler and Hydrant Systems.
Checking the Fire Pump Room Fire Panel to be always in “Auto mode” status for Motor/Diesel Driven Engine Panel status.
Attending Fire alarm calls and maintenance of Fire Control Panel (EST) as per schedule.
Attending stand by duties for Hot Work, Interior fit out work and Facade work with issued hot work permit/ other safety permit.
Attend Mock drills and Fire & Emergency call.
Demonstration of different types of Fire Equipment’s about their used and works.
Carried out maintenance and testing of Fire Equipment’s, pumps as per standard schedule and keeping up of records.
Conduct Fire drill and class every Sunday.
Take care of labour/contractor/ worker using PPE.
Breathing Apparatus operations & Maintenance.
Extinguisher’s care & maintenance (including hydraulic pressure test).
Conducting periodic audit of client Occupied areas and follow-up the rectification of shortcomings and snags.
Implementation of Plan for Zero Accident
Root Cause Investigations for various incidents
Risk Assessment for various operations
Development of Emergency Response teams and action plans
Implement the safety work permit system
Safety walks, Fall Hazard, Trip Hazard, Lockout Procedures, work Permits, PPE usages.
Training to all employees (mandatory) for new joiners and old employees too.
Establish requirements and provide guidance in PPE managements.
Conduct safety training at different sites.
Communicate safety policy to employee at sites.
