Actuarial Strategies & Tactics (AST) is an actuarial consulting firm in Scottsdale, AZ that focuses on small group and specialty medical products. Among the services provided, AST specializes in rate development, benefit plan design, reserve analysis, experience analysis, and production of rate quoting systems. While at AST, I concurrently held the two positions below:

Actuarial Analyst, Actuarial Strategies & Tactics May 2017 – Present

• Calculate monthly IBNR projections and devise actuarial recommendations regarding first dollar and aggregate reserves

• Lead monthly calls with TPA and reinsurers to propose rate recommendations for level funded, self funded, aggregate-only renewal cohorts
