Appointment Clerk

Review referrals for medical and administrative appropriateness administrative and clinical completeness, covered benefit for the specific patient, and required tests and pre-work.

Ensure patient is notified about all necessary documentation required and appropriate for the referred episode of care.

Notify patients via phone to remind patients of upcoming appointments through the automated system
