As both a hotel Guest Service Manager and the Assistant Manager at a club, I remained calm in heated situations and maintained exceptional customer service. Though my resume lists my work experience back to 2013, I acted as Guest Service Manager at the Starkville, MS Hampton Inn for three years, 2008-2011, after being promoted during my first six months of work. I spent one year, 2006-2007, as both a Dell Technical Support agent and a NetZero Retention Agent at Sitel in Starkville, MS. In the year I worked at Oktibbeha Emergency Dispatch, I assisted in emergency situations over the phone and dispatched the proper first responders by radio. From 2014-2016, I acted as Assistant Manager for MEC, Inc., better known as The Pony, a gentlemen’s club and bar, interacting with each customer to provide a customized experience according to their needs.
