Description: SAP Automation projects which get daily reports

Framework used: JP Morgan internal framework.

This is an unattended robot, BOT logins to SAP application and get the required files downloaded from the application and then further manipulating the excel files using UiPath tool with advanced excel activities and finally sending the output file to the users using SMTP activities.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop Automation solution using UiPath based on requirements such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risks.

Implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath.

Project 1: ACHPS

Description: ACHPS projects pulls all the specific tickets from the SNOW application and updates the related information into the power builder application

Framework used: RE Framework

This is an attended robot, BOT will read all tickets received to a specific BOT group in the SNOW application, identify the type of ticket, download the required attachments from the tickets and logins to the power builder application then updates and creates the records based on the type of ticket. Once each ticket is processed in PowerBuilder it come back to snow and updates the ticket. BOT will send the final list of tickets processed with all the details and sends a separate email if the BOT has any exception.

Multiple processes were automated in this project and used GRAPH API for sending emails.

Project 2: Integrated Payables (New customer creation from SNOW to JMS)

Description: New customer creation projects reads the specific tickets from the SNOW application using ServiceNow integration activities and creates a customer in JMS

Framework used: RE Framework

This is an unattended robot; BOT will read all tickets received to a specific BOT group in the SNOW application through backend using ServiceNow integration activities and same activities were used to download the files as well. Based on the information in the attachment BOT will create a new customer in the JMS application and will update all the settings as per the requirement provided and come back to snow and update the ticket with the proper notes. Finally, BOT will send the final list of tickets processed with all the details.

SMTP activities were used to send the emails.

Project 3: Integrated Payables (Email No Longer in Use)

Description: Email no Longer in Use process sends the request to call in information to vendors using Salesforce application and Job management system

Framework used: RE Framework

Agents will send their input data using outlook, Bot will read every email in the shared mailbox and capture the from address and login to JMS and search with the received email if the email address was found in the JMS will capture the RegCode from JMS otherwise will search the body of email with the key words. If any Specific Verbiage found login to Salesforce application and send request call in template and Update Salesforce General Inquiry lead if Specific verbiage not found will add those details to Exception/Error report.
