29 Palms Navy Base Co-Generation Plant, CA. $64 Million - Design-Build 20Ksf facility to houseCo-Gen/Power Plant, including includes but is not limited to turbines for electrical power generation, boilers for high temperature hot water production, chilled water systems including absorption chillers, centrifugal chillers and cooling towers, new control systems to manage Co-Gen functions and to integrate with existing Co-Gen control system in a Master – Slave mode including all fiber optics, cabling and connections required to integrate both Co-Gen plants, Electrical switchgear to distribute electrical power generated into the base grid and all electrical and communication connections to create a ring bus configuration with the base electrical substations and the existing Co-Gen. Supporting facilities includes a fuel farm with above ground storage tanks for LPG fuel to be used as a backup fuel source. The facility is to be constructed of reinforced concrete masonry units. The project provides for electrical and mechanical systems including fire alarm and fire monitoring/control panels, information systems, Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS), direct digital controls, plumbing, fire protection systems, ventilation systems and adequate Navy Marine Corps Intranet drops. Camp Pendleton Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQs) 4, CA. $109 million - Design-build project that includes accommodations for more than 750 Marines as well as multi-purpose community areas and laundry facilities.

P-405 BEQ Naval Base San Diego Parking, CA. $7 Million - Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is undergoing the construction of new residences to house 644 Navy sailors currently stationed aboard ships at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD). The new Bachelor Enlisted Quarters

(BEQ) is part of a 2003 initiative to provide Navy sailors with better living conditions while in port. Because living quarters aboard the ships can be cramped, the Home Port Ashore Program provides more comfortable housing for those serving. Scripps Ranch High School Sustainable Technologies, CA. $26 Million - New 10,000-square-foot building will incorporate sustainable design and green building strategies, using standards and characteristics from the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) in order to create a learning environment that is in concert with the Environmental Studies Program. The new facility will serve as an educational lab teaching for students about renewable technologies, such as photovoltaic panels, renewable and recycled building products, and energy efficiency; as well as providing a healthy and stimulating environment for learning.
