(GE) client has initiated global business process change to improve the way Payroll Accounting services are delivered in the organization across the globe, called the Global Payroll Accounting Solution (GPAS) Program. The initiative is to implement Enterprise Standard GLs, eliminate manual intervention, Global Standard Solution as per GAAP, streamline interfaces, reporting and downstream information systems, and service delivery structures and channels.

As a Functional Consultant, participate in Client Requirements gathering, FIT-GAP Analysis, Functional Design, Testing and Go- Live support of HR Transformation engagement.

Plan the project activities in alignment with overall engagement time lines and accomplish the tasks in coordination with technical team as per Clients business and project requirements.
