All the demand is loaded to Rapid Response, where we can see all the information related to the MRP, we have to analyze and place orders as needed, An EDI is sent to suppliers every week after being analyzed, for the suppliers to provide information in advance in case of any problems on delivery on time of the material during the following weeks or even months. When we are notified any problem we immediately elevate the information to our customers and all people involved. Our procedures include all kind of activities as of, quotes of freight, the PPV report, review problem invoices, load new supplier when they are approved, verify the Agile page in case we have ECN’s, FN’s give the support immediately and excellent customer service
