·Lead clinician of a 1500 bed tertiary care hospital. Primary focus on oral cancer, comprehensive management of maxillofacial trauma, and reconstructive maxillofacial surgery

·Clinical researcher including study design, grant application, recruitment, data collection, analysis, and manuscript development. Resulted in the publication of over 25 articles in peer reviewed journals.

·Member of Institutional Review Board for medical and health sciences- SRM University.

Chairperson of an external Institutional Review Board at Tagore Dental College under Dr MGR Medical University – Final authorized signatory approving study proposals and monitoring their progress to publication.

·Infection Control Officer – created and implemented a hospital infection control policy including the management of bio-medical waste and cross-infection prevention protocols for students and staff. Initiated and effectuated COVID-19 related protocols for the Institution.
