-After completion of one year study and plant training on chashma neclear power plant unit C- 2,-3,4,I have been appointed as MECHANICAL ENGINEER/OPERATIONS ENGINEER initial posting is at Karachi Nuclear Power Plant K-3 1100MW UNIT.

- Responsibility to monitor and control plant parameters,smooth operation of plant,emergency operations,startup and shutdown by SCADA,DCS,PLC and from main control unit ( main control room MCR).

-Operation, monitoring and control of all plant system and services including steam,compressed air,Nitrogen and coolants,CO2,cooing towers and associated chillers.control all plant systems and take take action according to condition.

-Responsibility of control and monitoring power plant systems like electrical distribution system ranging from 48v to 500kv high voltage,HVAC system of nuclear island and conventional island,balance of plant system(BOP),safety systems,startup and shutdown condition.

-Control and monitor of PTW system routine planned maintenance work and plant operations to HSE compliance. student opportunities during virtual career fairs and on social media.

-Responsibility of issued WA ( WORK Authorization) for all plant jobs.

-I have good understanding and reading skills about sometrics,P&ID AMD PID.

-Responsibility of control and monitoring of waste treatment plant compressed air distribution plant and other power plant systems.

-Making working procedure of start up and shut down procedure of all equipment like TFP pumps,TFE pumps,WCI pumps etc all system equipment startup and shut down.

-Knowledge about all system and equipment like pump etc start up and shut down from control room.

-•Execute component engineering activities to increase reliability and performance, reduce operating and maintenance costs, and maintain compliance with plant design basis and regulatory requirements.

-knowledge componentand its material as well properties of materials.

-Knowledge about identification, investigation, and resolution of off normal equipment conditions for safe plant operations and preserve equipment design margins.

-Provide technical support executing complex troubleshooting activities to facilitate successful completion

-Knowledge about long-term asset management strategies, initiate design changes, review failure analyses, and perform causal evaluations to improve plant operations.

-documents prepared by the maintenance team or the system engineering team.

-managing the preventative maintenance for proper work of component,

- Knowledge about Engineering Rapid Response (for positions in the Rapid Response)

-i Give training to worker about fire safety and industrial safety.
