Trained Supervised and Worked together with a division of Mechanics and Nuclear certified operators. Managed, operated and maintained motors, rotary pumps, Centrifugal pumps, refrigerant plants, hydraulic systems and freshwater systems, Distilling Units, Main engines, Diesel generators, lube oil and fuel systems. Supervised preventive, corrective, and emergent maintenance, operations and the production of the Main Machinery Rooms. Conducted damage-control and plant-recovery actions, during training and reactive drill simulations. Operated high pressure air systems, low pressure air systems. Performed Mechanical monitoring, instrumentation and equipment/ quality control. Maintained complex equipment, including alignment, alignment checks and periodic operational checks. Troubleshot and coordinated the Replacement of a wiped bearing on an Emergency diesel generator; advised supervisor on necessary upgrades and repairs. Conducted Reactor propulsion drills to ensure Machinery was in deployable conditions. Quality control and safety analysis to test Reactor propulsion, ensuring zero incidents and compliance with safety policies and regulations; ensured overall safe plant operations. Repaired 1 Emergency diesel generator with a wiped bearing 2 reactor coolant pumps, 2 Distilling units and four turbine generator repairs. Analyzed and interpreted data and manuals to determine precise specifications.

●Craftsman/ Maintenance: Performed periodical equipment preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and repair on system components; analyzed system performance testing and working with certified level systems.

Repair Parts Officer: Conducted research and analysis on major components – read and interpreted Engineering Drawings and Technical Manuals to identify specific parts/pieces needed for repair or maintenance. Requisitioned, tracked, and procured over $340,000 in repair parts.

Hazmat and waste program manager: responsible for the stowage and disposal of over 300 hazmat items as well as keeping daily updated logs and monthly training to ensure safe operations of everyone using hazardous materials.

EDUCATION:

MILITARY EDUCATION: Naval Education and training command/ Jan 2019: 4 months of quality assurance training.

Navy education and training command/ Sep 2018: 3 months of diesel mechanic operator trouble shooting and repairs on diesel engines including auto start, manual start, emergency startups and Diesel casualty scenarios.
