Sr. Branch Manager, 7/2021 to Present

Plan and orchestrate all facets of daily operations and project initiatives to realize service, business, and profitability objectives. Administer $4.2MM budget. Direct optimal utilization of company resources, including 135k sq. ft. of warehouse space and state-of-the-art inventory and delivery management systems. Oversee efficient hiring, training, and workflow organization for crew of ~50 tasked with stocking ~11,000 SKUs, as well as 20 drivers traveling 1MM+ miles across six southeastern states each year.

Selected Achievements:

Successfully implemented a secondary WMS for a 3PL customer to support the receiving, storing, picking/packing of 250+ consignment sku’s.

Seamlessly launched the warehousing and shipping of a new Fresh/Refrigerated vendor.

Achieved a 10% productivity gain in first 18 months back in this region while increasing order pick accuracy by 13 BPS getting the overall accuracy back up over 99.85%
