pharmaceutical buildings and a pipe rack for utilities to the new buildings. Then make a park out of some of the land. Updated Underground Sanitary Sewer on half of the campus per city codes. Being part of all of this progress.
• Coordinate daily work and collaboration between all subcontractors
• Verify all work by contractors is per design and regulations
• Ensured quality control and Bayer satisfaction by working closely with Bayer end users, design team, and subcontractors to guarantee work performed met expectations

• Client walkthroughs including; civil and structural architectural, electrical, hygienic and non-hygienic piping, HVAC, plant and clean utilities, waste systems, fire protection, formulation, and automation
• Quality inspections of all equipment deliveries and installation of all pharmaceutical equipment, piping, steelwork, and sheet metal.
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental, and Sustainability Policies
• Collaborate with the HSE team to develop and implement new creative methods of preventing incidents – weekly contractor all-hands meetings, adopt-a-crews, hazard elimination cards, & training sessions
