Responsible for Overall HR & Administration activities related to the project and leading a team of 12-14 persons in the department. Act as HR business partner to the top management. Reporting to Senior General Manager- HR / Project Manager. Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day HR and Administration in accordance with best practice, company policy and procedures to ensure contractual compliance and legal compliance at the highest level of efficiency

• Review manpower requirements and manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants in coordination with other line managers

• Preparation of Manpower requirement / loading chart of the project in co-ordination with Project Management team and responsible for Mobilization of Manpower from various parts of the world for the project based on the manpower requirement of the project

• Develop and maintain Job Descriptions, offer letters, employment contracts and any other documents required from time to time

• Manage and supervise all aspects related to employment visas, work permits, immigration & employment related Government regulations. Ensure that these processes are kept up to date in a timely and accurate manner.
