Perform diagnostics on all Customer complaints and follow through with the correct repairs in a timely manner. Meticulous with keeping all vehicles clean. Perform Quality Control on all work. Also, when time permits, help Service Manager answer phones, greet clients and write up vehicles for service. The last two years I was promoted to Service Manager. This included dispatching work based on technician skill levels, intake of parts for repairs, completing any warranty paperwork not withstanding working closely with 3rd party warranty companies for any covered services. • There is a gap of employment here due to an accident that required me to have multiple surgeries and be off work for multiple months at a time. The short employment times are a direct result of my injuries and subsequent surgeries. However, this did not affect the knowledge of each position I was able to gather nor does it down play the personal relationships while employed with each company. My end of each employment was without malice on either end.
