Responsible for various areas to improve the company’s overall employee performance and development for future employee growth.

In my role, I am responsible for the following: Recruiting, Employee relations, Employee Engagement, and Employee development.

Building outreach programs to help community relations within our coverage area. I managed a group of recruiters both in Dallas and Houston to help staff our current open positions.
