This includes Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Inventory and Logistics. In this capacity a deep understanding of how the end-to-end business works is paramount for the successful delivery of technological solutions to business problems.

• Implemented warehouse solutions to accurately pick, pack and code skids to reduce freight profit loss and carrier fines.

• Migrated the ecommerce site onto a scalable platform, improved performance and streamlined checkout to grow the business by 200% annually.

• Onboard an offshore IT consulting company to develop and support the ecommerce site. This change was necessary since Magento skillsets are extremely difficult to find and allowed the in-house IT team to focus on business-to-business development.

• Lead an enterprise initiative to reduce MIP expense by rewriting a highly integrated Cobol/mainframe POS offer service to J2EE/MySQL. Major accomplishment: Reduced net conferencing service request processing and fulfillment time from up to 30 days to minutes resulting in a rapid increase of Verizon net conferencing market shares and significantly increased revenue growth. Increased productivity within the Contracts, Contract Rate Management and Fulfillment organizations by automating manual processes.

This project completed on time and within budget; $500,000 - 8 months to complete by implementing the following methodology, business skillsets and leadership soft skills:

Increased audio-conferencing revenue by expanding audio integration across the suite of WebEx net conferencing products. This project completed on time and within budget; $200,000 - 4 months to complete by implementing the following methodology, business skillsets and leadership soft skills:

This was a difficult assignment since this was a non-funded project which required development teams to evaluate and fix during breaks in funded project work. My 13-year working relationship with the entire development organization was all I had to draw from to secure commitment to the project objectives. Verizon Business Conferencing met their corporate objective on time - 8 months to complete by implementing the following methodology, business skillsets and leadership soft skills:
