Once I heard back from the Hiring managers, I would set up virtual or in person interviews with a panel of their choosing. Once finished, I then follow up with the team to hear their initial thoughts. If they want to move forward with the candidate, I then create the offer letter as well as update the candidate’s personal information in the system.

After the candidate has accepted the position, I proceed to schedule drug screening and background check. Once those are cleared, I finalize the hire in the system and set up start dates and follow up with Harley to set up an onboarding process. After that is cleared, I meet with the new hire and go over the company benefits and answer any questions they might have along the way.

Source and screen internal and external candidates for positions of interest. Searching through different job boards as well as company websites to familiarize myself with the position and what it entails. By doing so I am able to better communicate with the candidate and the client on their specific line of work.

Researching the positions that I am assigned by searching through the internet to understand what someone in that position does and what type of programs or systems they may use.

Maintain a positive relationship with candidates during and after the recruitment process. I always make sure to build strong relationships with the candidates by keeping spreadsheets with names and statuses so that I am always there for them on current or future positions.

Develop and maintain strong and professional relationships with hiring managers and department managers. I like to make sure that I am checking in with the management team to confirm that we are all on the same page as well as creating write-ups on candidate statuses.

Calculate annual salary or hourly rate based on local rates. I create these by using Microsoft word and

making graphs showing the different Low, Medium and, High salaries that are relevant to that location and position

Provide accurate notations and feedback in multiple databases. Working with our company database called Exelare to create accurate notes with time and date stamps about past and current actions that are taking place with the candidate as well as the company they are interviewing for.
