-Arrange and dispatch the fuel cards to the required location across Gauteng.

-Arrangements were then made with the technician's and supervisors to be present with their old cards at the mentioned Telkom depot and specified time to collect their new cards.

-The above was then done for each area in Gauteng, once all the new cards were handed out then the old cards were cut up and scanned copies of the cut up card and signed acknowledgement forms were sent to Head office.

-The technician's that have not collected their cards fuel cards were then contacted again to have it collected from the Isando branch before they expire.

-A spreadsheet was created to ensure each card had been delivered and we were able to keep track of their location.

-This spread sheet was then sent to head office for our system to be updated.
