PURCHASING MANAGER VICEROY HOTEL Snowmass Village, CO 2022 – CURRENT

Key activities and responsibilities: Ordering and maintaining a par inventory in 5 areas of the Food and beverage area of a luxury resort hotel; including dry grocery items, paper and plastic supplies, liquor, coffee +tea, and purchasing for IRD (in room dining).
