Ensured Stability through Leadership as Managing Principal of Albany Office, EYP A+E firm - (2021) - In C- Suite work for a ~450 person national A+E firm, navigated and led staff through a challenging cyber security incident recovery, regional relationship building, voluntary bankruptcy, and purchase by another A+E firm. Inspired Future Systems-Thinkers as an Instructor SUNY ESF (fall 2022 semester) - Developed and delivered Sustainable Systems Thinking course for Sustainability Masters students. Defined and Achieved Inclusion as Co-Founder of the Albany Riverfront Collaborative (2021-present) - 501c.3 creating a fulfilling process for healing communities of Albany, NY while reducing the circa 1964 highway system. Changed the Process for NYS as an inventive Project Manager for retro-fit projects (2018 – 2019) - Identified, created, and shepherded new state-level process pilot in collaboration with EnergieSprong (NE) to achieve ZNC (zero net carbon) for existing residence hall renovation, and to inform all future work on similar projects. Work resulted in 40% energy use reduction since 2009 and yielded $3.3 million in avoided energy expenditures.
