CCI is a privately held real estate investment firm with approximately $1b in assets. Specializes in acquiring properties at the end of useful life in key markets, repositioning with capital improvements, leasing and marketing and then sold when investment objectives are achieved. Developed and implemented asset management department and improved operations. Created new procedures for asset management including budgeting, business plan formats, cash flow models for 50+ investments. The goal was to facilitate platform to support growth from $1b in asset value to $3b in 3-5-year period. Key Achievements:
