Also did collections for mortgages that were in default, managed paperwork for short sale documents for customers and bank and dealt with Brokers and Agents to close quickly. I have over 20 years of experience in collections, customer service, customer relations. I handle very secured information for customers and payments. I have been successful in my roles and rank in top of my team every month. My knowledge and skills allow me to better assist my team members who may need assistance and I love being that leader for them for any questions they may have. I do side by side training to teach my co-workers to teach and allow them to ask questions to better them in their job roles. Last year alone I was able to collect over $1 million dollars even thru the pandemic to make our Business Team a success. I have great verbal communication, along with written skills since emailing business and correspondence is necessary. I am a leader and can adapt to whatever my task may be. Building that relationship with not only customers but team members and leaders is a strong trait I have gained over my many years.
