16+ years of Experience in various areas mostly related to the Enterprise Datawarehouse. Started as a report developer and emerged to various roles and responsibilities according to the Business needs. Currently working as a Data Architect, BI Lead and working closely with the Business to indicate the key issues with the data and what are different ways to improve the Business. worked in end-to-end solution architecture: business analysis, data sourcing, transforming, modelling, visualization.

Kelly Services is a Consulting Company which provides Talent to various kinds of organizations. Kelly Services is one of the biggest providers of Workforce Solutions mainly focused on Education, IT, Science, Engineering and Light Industrial jobs.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Lead a team of developers, testers, Product owners, Data Analysts.

2.Worked from the beginning to the end. How to source the data, transform into different layers and create the Business Layer for PBI reporting.

3.Worked on creating the POC PBI Datasets and Analytical Reports to present to the Business before the actual development life cycle starts.

4.Worked in the Solution design and data modeling parallelly.

5.Worked with the users (including the C-Level) to understand the Business needs and helped them define the Key performance Indicators from the Recruitment side.

SETT is one of the Business Units in Kelly that is specific to placing talents that belong to Science, Engg and Technology domains. As a Data Architect my role is to understand what the different business goals are and how the data is delivered currently and help the Business to solve the gaps and work with PBI developers to create Apps.

Roles and Responsibilities

Thoroughly Understand the Source data. Create mockup reports and dashboards to confirm the requirements.

Confirm the design of the Underlying Ods, Facts and Dimensions in Warehouse.

Created a Star / snowflake modelling on the requirement.

Worked with the Data Engineers to understand any security/ performance issues.

Complete and thorough analysis of the Final output.

Worked with the developers with any architectural related questions such as what the best way is to get the data into a reporting tool (Incremental, Full Refresh etc).

Worked on creating wide variety of Cognos Reports for the Business. Worked with different departments, gathered the requirements and provided the error free reports.

Started with Cognos Impromptu version and participated in the upgrade to Cognos Report Studio and all the next Cognos versions.

Worked Actively on Cognos Tools Report Studio, Analysis Studio.

Trained the Business Users to create quick and easy query studio reports.
