• Spearheading the financial operations of LTUs by closely working with the GOP under Private Public Partnership.

Out of 15 years of my industry exposure, I spent a good 7 years with different companies of the Fauji Group of Pakistan, rising to the level of the Board of Management (BOM) which is the highest Governing Body of the Group. Worked in the capacity of CFO at Foundation Gas which is a multi-million USD wholly-owned project of the Fauji Foundation. Foundation gas is the pioneer company and one of the biggest players in the energy sector (LPG Oil & Gas) in Pakistan since 1972. I was the first employee & the youngest one in the 50 years of operational history of the company to be elevated to the Board Level.

• Member of the audit & finance committees and governing board of the company.

• Lead the team in formulating business plans & commercial strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation in line with the Group’s corporate goals.

• Extended decision-making support to the management for capital expenditure; created budgets (NPV / IRR) and selected the most profitable projects for long-term investment.

(F&B) and Manufacturing Businesses. Being part of the FFBL, I was seconded to its wholly owned F&B subsidiary Fauji Meat Limited, to establish its finance department. It is one of the largest players in Industry with capacity of 100 MT. Tones per day.

• Developed, designed, and implemented standard operating procedures (SOP) for finance department including reporting.

• Successful completion & implementation of Project Capitalization Exercise of USD 275 Million on Commercial Operation Date

(COD).
