POSITION - ROLE: Planning and Project Control Manager (Consortium Project). Scope of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plan 870 MW, investment aprox. $400 Million in aprox. 3 years.

Involve in Coordination activities, Procedures, Organization, Reports, KPI, Schedule, Subcontractor and all relate EPC.

PO & 1-Hexene, Milan – Italy – Abu Dhabi. (May 2022 – Jan 2023). POSITION - ROLE: Senior Project Controls & Project Control Manager (IPMT / PMC). Scope of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for the fourth expansion of its manufacturing complex in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi (Borouge 4). ADNOC and Borealis as strategic partnership, investment aprox. $6.2 billion

(AED22 billion) to build Borouge 4 in aprox. 4 years. 1500 KTA Steam Cracker, approx. 98.5 KTA H2 Extraction from E4 with export of 94 KTA to TA’ZIZ, enabling Cracker for Future Carbon Capture Unit (CCU) 700 KTA PE6, 700 KTA PE7, 75 KTA 1-Hexene 100 KTA XLPE and associated Utilities & Offsite including tank farm, pipelines etc. Involve in Coordination activities, Procedures, Organization, Reports, KPI, Schedule, Risk assessment, Certification, Subcontractor and all relate EPC.

CFP ADNOC, Refinery Ruwais – Abu Dhabi. (Oct 2020 – May 2022). POSITION - ROLE: Senior Project Controls (IPMT / PMC) The Crude Flexibility Project (CFP) in Ruwais includes the upgradation of the current units at the Ruwais refinery- west complex situated in the most distant west of Abu Dhabi. Work includes modifying existing units in order to process 420,000 barrels a day (b/d) of offshore crude ADNOC invests US$ 3,500 Million to upgrade refining capabilities & maximize Value for UAE. In 2018, ADNOC announced plans to diversify the feedstocks it processes. The US$ 3,500 Million (AED 12.8 BN) CFP upgrade initiative is a core driver of ADNOC Down stream’s 2030 smart growth strategy. The project will increase the value ADNOC derives from every barrel of oil, both by boosting refining margins and by leaving more high-value Murban crude available for export.

Major structural elements, notably new fractionators, atmospheric residue desulfurizer reactors, Reformers more than 20 compressors as relevant equipment.

GT5 Project, MAA Refinery Fahahell – KUWAIT. (Mar 2017 – July 2019). POSITION: Senior Project Controls

KPNPC Kuwait, Execution of the 5th Gas Train (GT5) and facilities update at Mina al-Ahmadi Refinery, it s EPC lump sum turn-key. Investment: Approx. US$ 1,400 million, with 48 months of schedule. KNPC is fully controlled by the Government owned KNPC.

Project brief: The project includes engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract of the fifth gas train that is being built by Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) at the Mina Al Ahmadi (MAA) refinery in Kuwait, the fifth gas train will be able to process 805 million cubic feet per day (MCFD) and 106,000 barrels per day (bpd) of NGL condensate. The expansion of the MAA refinery is one of the major packages of the $16 billion Clean Fuels Project

(CFP). The early production facilities projects and KNPC’s acid gas removal plant at MAA. The existing refinery gases from Shuaibah acid gas removal plant and MAA acid gas removal plant will also be supplied to the GT5 facilities. Construction works on the facility includes a feed gas compressor station, feed gas dehydration unit, LPG dehydration unit, NGL recovery unit, fractionation and product treating unit. GASCO, Package 3 – ABU DHABI. (Feb 2016 - Feb 2017). POSITION: Senior Project Controls

UAE. GASCO is a joint venture with the participation of ADNOC, Shell and Total. This project is part of the ADNOC program to produce 400 MMSCFD (million cubic feet), the contract has an approximate value of US$ 700 million, with 40 months of schedule. It has been awarded on a lump sum turnkey (EPC). Project brief: Integrated Gas Development Project is a unified project to increase offshore gas processing capacity by an additional 400MMSCFD offshore HP gas from Das Island to Habshan area. Package 3 consisted of: 114 km onshore segment of the 42" IGD-E pipeline. New Units at Habshan 5 Plant to receive the gas from the new 42" IGD-E pipeline. New condensate pipeline to transport stabilized condensate from Habshan 5 to Habshan Complex Condensate Storage Unit. New two Package Boilers for steam generation in Habshan 5. New tie-ins and modifications required for the integration of the new units with Habshan 5 and Habshan Complex. NORTH WEST - CANADA / Red Water Partnership in Edmonton. (Feb 2015 - Jan 2016). POSITION: Project Controls Coordinator

EPC Lump Sum Turn-Key (Downstream) project which includes Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning for the Unit 50. Investment: € 580 million. Project brief: The project includes engineering, procurement, construction and pre-commissioning up to Mechanical Completion of the Light Ends Recovery Unit and the Sulphur plant of phase one of the Bitumen refinery which will have the capacity to process approximately 78,000 barrels per day (BPD) of synbit / dilbit bitumen blend into high value products (stabilized sweet naphtha, ultra-low sulphur diesel (ULSD) low sulphur vacuum gas oil (VGO), liquid petroleum gas (LPG), hydrogen (H2) and high purity carbon dioxide (CO2)). The Owner will use commercially proven, conventional processes to refine the bitumen incorporating gasification and a carbon capture and storage solution, setting an international precedent for responsible development. SHAH GAS PROJECT – ABU DHABI – Gas Gathering System (Upstream). (May 2011 - Nov 2014). POSITION: Project Controls Lead

(EPC LSTK)/ Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates / Al Hosn Gas (Joint Venture ADCO & Occidental), Investment: US$ 498 million (US$ 10 billion overall project).

Project brief: The Shah Gas Gathering Project was developed to gather and process high concentrations of sour gas. The Package 1 was an EPCC lump sum turn-key project which included 8 Well Pads (4 wells per pad) and one receiving station also extension of Pads as additional work CTN, each one with a control building. Also, interconnection of well pads with 16” inter-pad lines, plus two 24” transfer lines to send approximately one billion SCFD of raw gas to the central process gas plant. The project was complex due to the high concentration of sour gas from the wells (about 25% sour gas). The new gas production was intended to generate power to maintain pressure in the existing oil fields and to produce sulphur for the markets. Project Talara (Upgrader Petrochemical / Refinery) – FEED & EPC / Petroperu – Talara – Peru. (2009-2010). Proposal / Saudi Arabian Oil Company. Company intends to construct and operate MNB / Aniline / Formalin UNIT

(The "Project") to be located at RTIP Ras Tanura Integrated Project. The proposals for a Lump Sum Turn Key ("LSTK") execution of the detail design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning assistance and performance testing assistance in connection with the Project. (EPC LSTK)/ C10 – Cartagena Spain Expansion of the Repsol Cartagena Refinery. 110,000 bpd, Fluor scope consists of program management support for the entire project, FEL, FEED and EPCM for revamps, utilities, offsite and ancillary units. Investment: US$ 4,5 billion.

*** AT PDVSA – CORPORATIVE POSITION: (12 Years) *** Mariscal Sucre Offshore Project VENEZUELA. (Nov 2005 - Feb 2007). CORPORATIVE POSITION: Advisor Project Controls Department (PMT) & PCM Project Control Manager. Negotiation offshore (Delta Oriental Caribbean) Global Investment: US$ 23 billion Initial study for project with Mitsubishi, Statoil & Chevron.
