It is a privilege to work at The Medical University of South Carolina. On the Pulmonology floor at Rutelage Tower, I help to diagnose patients and provide the pulmonologists with accurate testing to treat our patients with every pulmonary disease I learned about in college. At Ashley River Tower, I work with the transplant team. Being one of three transplant hospitals on the southeastern seaboard, we do transplants of every kind. I particularly enjoy helping the pre/post lung transplant patients. Also at both buildings we test for pulmonary clearance for a variety of surgeries. I work in ALS Clinic. ILD Clinic and Cystic Fibrosis Clinic. I also work with New Pulm patients, so once they get a diagnosis they can then see the pulmonologist that specializes in that particular disease.
