within service level agreement. Responsible for several kept informed

routines to ensure that customer expectations are set properly and followed

Office Manager/Sales Manager – My responsibilities included keeping

three salesmen very busy with appointments. Starting from making the

appointments, handling their call-backs from the shippers, setting up

dates, registering their moves, answering their questions and doing all the

paperwork. Also included in my responsibility was rating the papers

after the move, billing for storage, claims and any third party services

that needed to be set up. I also did the Trade Show part of the business.

Registering the jobs, quoting and rating the driver’s papers. I also

handled national accounts (such as I.B.M. and ProSource, etc.).

Executive Secretary to one of four staff attorneys for a large
