Provide front desk support three days a week, working 12 hour shifts for busy urgent care center. Registering patients, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance eligibility, all while coordinating with clinical staff to make sure everything runs copestetick. Answering phones to assist patients that are looking for test results, have questions or concerns, or would like to schedule an appointment. This also includes answering calls or faxes from other offices looking for results from the employer services that we provide. This includes drug screenings, pre-employment physicals,Dot physicals, Vaccines, Respirator fir tests, blood draws, ect.
